EXCEL Real Estate School was founded by a renowned real estate executive and contributor, Kristy Hairston. With years of experience in the industry, Kristy has developed a deep passion for empowering real estate agents to succeed in their careers. She understands real estate agents' challenges and has made it her mission to provide them with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to excel.

Our Mission

At Excel Real Estate School, our mission is to empower aspiring real estate professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to excel in the dynamic world of real estate. THE FOUNDER

Kristy Hairston is an accomplished Realtor and Real Estate Executive with a passion for empowering others to excel.

Licensed in 2007, Kristy started her career during the financial recession. She said, “practicing real estate during that tough time taught me the mindset and skills needed to grow a real estate business in any market shift.” Kristy emphasized proactive customer service, solution-focused creativity, and discipline as the foundations for her real estate success.

Coaching will always be a passion for Kristy. She authored Real Estate Technology Reboot in 2020, to aid Realtors in the ever-changing world of technology.

Kristy is an advocate of volunteering within the local, state and national regions for the real estate industry. Most recently preparing to serve as the National Association of Realtors® 2023 RPAC Fundraising Liaison. Kristy was honored to be voted Tennessee Realtors' 2018 Educator of the Year and was recently awarded as the 2023 Realtor of the Year by Greater Nashville Realtors.

Kristy volunteers within her local community by serving as board-chair for the Northwest YMCA and executive board member for Habitat for Humanity Nashville. She is a member of the 2022 Participatory Budgeting Committee for North Nashville.
